Counselling in Soho, Gower Street and Clapham
In an increasingly busy and frenetic world it is all too common to feel overwhelmed, stressed or lost in life. Counselling and the therapeutic process can provide an opportunity for you to take time out, to focus on and explore your own needs, wishes and dreams to find new ways of seeing and understanding life.
As a qualified therapeutic counsellor and a registered member of BACP, I offer counselling in Soho and Waterloo where, through a gentle and reflective approach we can begin to explore what brings you and how best to work with and help you to overcome your own specific challenges and issues. I have a broad range of therapeutic experience of working with long-term open ended clients, as well as short term more solution focused therapy and counselling , both privately and within the NHS.
As a counsellor I work one to one with individuals across all life stages with a variety of different issues including anxiety and depression, managing major life stage change, eating disorders, body issues, adoption, abandonment issues, self esteem and confidence, relational difficulties, managing work place stress and conflict, feeling stuck or creatively blocked.
Both practises in Central London at Gower Street and Soho W1 that are easily accessible from bus, tube and train.
